Windows 10 Updates and WiFi
Here at the shop we have noticed an interesting correlation between recent Windows 10 updates and WiFi issues. The symptom is a failure to connect to the web despite a local connection to the WiFi router. In order to fix this issue you will need to go to the Device Manager -> Then click the + icon next to Network Adapters -> then right click on your wireless adapter and choose Uninstall (do not check the box "Delete Driver") -> once this is complete click "Action" -> "Scan for hardware changes", this will automatically reinstall your wireless device and you should be able to reconnect to your WiFi and get online. As always if you have any issues with this or any other questions give us a call or stop by the shop.
