The manufacturer’s warranty where applicable constitutes all of the warranties with respect to the sale of any item. Nextier, LLC. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nextier, LLC. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of any product. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the seller any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit or income or any other incidental damages. Labor costs are not covered under any form or warranty. Further, warranty parts needing installation or service will accrue additional labor costs.
Nextier, LLC. offers returns on items for a period of six (6) days. (exclusions apply). Returns will be issued via Check for purchases made with either check or cash, and via Credit Refund for purchases made with credit card.

Data Collection and Retention Policy
While Nextier, LLC. makes all reasonable attempt to protect and prevent damage to customer data, Nextier, LLC. will not be held responsible for the loss of personal data or damages and costs incurred during the attempt to recover lost data. Nextier, LLC. maintains a backup of customer data when applicable services requiring backup are needed for a maximum period of two (2) weeks at which point the data is purged from our systems. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the state of their backup after pickup.
Failure To Retrieve / Equipment Retention Policy
In the event that the customer does not return for pick-up of equipment including but not limited to Desktop Computers, Laptop Computers, External Hard Disk Drives, LCD Monitors, Nextier, LLC. will retain and assume ownership of the equipment after a period of Fourty-Five (45) days from the date of drop off. It is the responsibility of the client to make contact with Nextier, LLC. in the event they will not be able to pick up their equipment within the 45 day grace period to make agreeable arrangements. Nextier, LLC. will make at a minimum two (2) attempts to contact the client when the requested repairs are complete or if further action is required by the client.
