Remote support allows Nextier to take control of your computer exclusively with your permission through the internet, then diagnose and repair common issues with software and peripheral devices such as printers and external hard drives. We also offer browser resets and start-up application streamlining to help performance at boot. For your security our remote software does not permit us to access your computer at will and requires you to authorize each session before we can begin.
So what does this mean?
We instruct you over the phone to our web support portal where you will download a small file that allows you to permit access to your computer remotely, where we can then troubleshoot and repair your issues.
